My role for this project was an Art Director, overseeing set and production design to craft a cinematic look that delivers raw, authentic storytelling. I incorporated subtle Snapple branding, like custom posters and bottle display racks in the background to weave in Snapple's influence and evoke the memories tied to these iconic corner stores.
Produce a documentary about corner stores in New York City and their epic role in supporting local communities.

A user centric app, Inventory management web-app portal, and Push-to-POS. These elements served as jumping off points for the development of the design system.
Design a product through which a customer will be able to explore in-storepromotions and will be able to purchase 3 or lesser number of products withminimal to none store personnel intervention.
Mapping customer stages to product features.
Defining of customer journey and its various stages for a new and a returning customer. This exercise led us to the features that need to be given to the users and at which part of their journey.
Considering above UX screen flow; design system and UI design screens have been created following the agile process alongwith iterations wherever needed.
